Zeplin offers two types of paid plans – pay per project or seat.
- Pay per project: Zeplin’s Basic plan allows you to pay one flat rate for unlimited users and full feature access within projects. On this plan, projects can be purchased in preset packs of 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 projects.
- You can add unlimited users [Members] to each project. All Members have the same access: the ability to upload designs, view specs, copy code, and actively edit information inside a project. See question below for details.
- This plan is ideal for individuals and smaller teams working with many collaborators on a time-bound project or for those who wish to bill project costs to clients and avoid incurring per-seat costs.
- Pay per seat: Zeplin's Advanced and Enterprise plans enable you to manage teams and user limits within a shared workspace. These plans allow you to assign paid seats and implement project controls for consistent processes across many complex projects. You can assign each user a role, such as Developer, Editor, or Admin.
- These plans allow unlimited Reviewers for free. Reviewers can view and comment on designs and design documentation (like annotations and flows) for free. They however do not have access to developer specs.
- Pay-per-seat plans are ideal for larger organizations centrally managing multiple, complex projects, users, processes, and documentation. Teams that need SSO, MFA, invoiced billing (ACH), or priority support can contact sales for a custom Enterprise quote.
